Abigail absolutely loves her big sister. Emily doesn't have to do anything and Abigail will smile and laugh. It's great!

Emily's First Day of Preschool

Emily started preschool today. Todd and I can't believe our little girl is growing up so fast. A very sad day. Emily, on the other hand, was so excited that she couldn't get to sleep last night!

All in all, it was a success and she had a great time.

The right thing to do in this situation was to tell Emily to get off her sister but instead I frantically searched for my camera to get this picture. Luckily I found it before Abigail turned blue.

If you all do not already know, I have taken on the task of making my own babyfood. With the guidance of one of my friends, of course. So here is Abigail taking a go at eating sweet potatoes.

Our friends, Harold, Maegan and son, Harper, took us out on Lake Winnipesauke on Labor Day. Emily had a great time. Abigail took a little convincing at first but enjoyed it more as the day went on.

Labor Day

Nana and Pada invited everyone to a cookout at their country club. We invited the Norton's and the Blackwelders. The kids had a great time running up and down the fairways, playing on the putting green and watching fireworks .

The girls couldn't wait to get to sleep!
