Our Little Climber

As if crawling and almost walking wasn't enough for Abigail, she has to climb onto or into anything she can. She is nothing like Emily in this regard. I tell her no and she just looks at me and smiles. I am in BIG trouble with this little one.

She may not be the most graceful, but she gets the job done.

Sledding at Grandma's with ReRe and James

The day before we left CT, ReRe and James came over for some play time. James brought over his Sit-n-Spin. It was the best thing ever. The kids could have played on it forever. Once all the adults started getting nauseous, we decided to take the kids outside for some sledding. Well, ReRe went sledding, I just watched. The kids had a great time.
Love this Sit-n-Spin.

Christmas in Connecticut

On Christmas Day we drove down to CT to see the family. The girls got to see Grandma before she had to work for the weekend. Emily was so excited to see her and to open more presents. She thinks that anything wrapped is for her. It is tough to explain that not everything is for her. She still doesn't quite grasp that concept yet but who really does? :)Abigail sporting her new hat from Grandma. I think she was more
interested in the paper bag though.
Sorry Mom.

Christmas Eve with the Watson's

We had a very relaxing afternoon with Nana, Pada, Uncle Bobby, Auntie Bethany, Stone and Dashel. The kids were very excited to open their presents. Uncle Bobby found a website that showed where Santa was at that exact moment. The kids thought it was very cool. Thanks Nana and Pada for having us all over your house to celebrate Christmas Eve!

We did have a relaxing day until the Wii was brought out. The competitive side of everyone came out. It was hilarious! This was Bob and Sandy's gift the Bobby and Bethany. Very cool!

Stone and Emily boxing!

Big brother/little brother rivalry was alive and kicking during this boxing match. If I remember correctly, the little brother prevailed!

Emily's First Skiing Expedition

Today we took Stone and Emily skiing for the first time at Gunstock Mountain. The day started off with the kids getting their pictures taken for their season passes. They are only 3 years old and already they have season passes!

The mountain has a slope called the Magic Carpet. It is referring to the conveyor belt that caries the new skiers up the hill.. Stone and Emily did such a great job. By the second run Stone and Emily were getting off the conveyor belt by themselves and were immediately ready for another shot at the slope. It was such a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Embracing the Holiday Season

What better way to kick off the holidays than making snowmen and decorating our Christmas tree. With that being said, Emily and I tried to salvage what little snow that had accumulated on our yard and make the biggest snowman we could.

You would never guess that we used all the snow in our yard. :)

After an exhausting assembly of our snowman, we decided to head indoors and start decorating our tree.

Getting the ornaments ready.
