Winter Fun!!

Todd and I spent some alone time with Emily today while Abigail was taking her morning nap. We forgot how much fun playing in the snow can be. So much fun. We went walking in the yard, sledding and we even made Emily a tunnel that she can slide down the hill through. Very cool.

The more we went down the tunnel the faster it got. Tons of fun. We are now getting ready for another 10 inches of snow.

Yet another snowstorm...

Yes, we had more snow recently. I think I appreciated snow days more when there was a possibility of missing work. Seriously though, we had a great day playing outside, sledding down our "mountain" aka snow bank, pulling Abigail along the driveway in her sled and playing on the swing set.

Emily's New Bike

Santa gave Emily a brand new bicycle for christmas this year. The other day was the first day that it was warm enough and the driveway clean enough before she could actually ride it.

Emily and Abigail's great grandmother turned 90 this year and the family gathered to celebrate this momentus occassion. It was great to see her surrounded by grandchildren and great grandchildren. We all had a wonderful time.
