Christmas Eve/Day

We had a wonderful Christmas there spent with friends and family.  We started the holiday with friends on Christmas Eve, followed by lots of presents then dinner with the Blackwelder's.

Pada's Christmas Present

Emily and Abigail made an audio book for Pada as his present.  Emily patiently read and reread the pages to get it exactly right.  After and hour, she accomplished reading the whole book in the time allotted.  It was great.

Santa's Message

Emily and Abigail received a special message from Santa this year.  It is amazing how much Santa knows about the kid's behavior to decide whether or not they should go on the Naughty or Nice list.  Luckily they made the Nice list.  Phew!

Christmas Recital/Grandma Comes to Town

The girls were lucky enough to have their Grandma up for a visit for their big Christmas recital.  The girls have been working hard on their routines and they did great!  Abby wasn't afraid of going on stage in the least.  She did such a great job. Emily was an old pro up there.  She did an amazing job!

The rest of the weekend was spent with Grandmas making cookies and crafts.  Oh, and applying Gram's various sample make-up on their faces.  Thanks Mom.
